A team of seven from our club visited Hereford on a unseasonaly warm weekend in September to compete in the BJC Welsh National Championships. This is one of the three national competitons put on by the BJC each year. For political reasons, it is not held in Wales, but close by.
We came away with one Gold, and five Bronze medals. Once again, this is a good result for the club and we continue to be ranked in the top ten clubs in the country on the basis of medals gained (and by points).
Below are videos of some of the contests, both wins and loses. They are worth studying to see what works well and what does not. Particular attention to the times we lost and the lessons that can be learned from them will pay dividends in the long run.
